Adding 1 1/2" to the frame doesn't make the bumper move any more forward and it keeps the wheelbase

the same while allowing you to mount the spring right on the frame.

Metal half doors are bitchin!

I used FJ60 stock rear springs for the rear. You have to turn the mount around (or get a new one)

because the spring is 4" longer. It centers the wheel perfect in the wheelwell.
